** DISCLOSURE ~ My kitchen is NOT a GLUTEN FREE CERTIFIED KITCHEN. However, the person who ordered this was aware and I took EVERY precaution I could to sanitize my kitchen, utilsels etc to be sure to prevent cross contamination.
This was a fun cake to make. The wand is made with dark chocolate fondant and done by hand. The scarf is all fondant and was created by me :) His father and him recently read the 1st Harry Potter Book together, so this cake was very special.
