Trey's former roommate and also shares the blame for introducing us to one another, celebrated his 40th Birthday this week as well. I made him dinner and invited our friends over to help him with this milestone before he takes off for a motorcycle bike ride/tour of the United States... LONG STORY!
We had a great night of homemade green chili enchiladas, barracho beans, Waldorf salad, chips n salsa, sangria's, Gin & tonic's, beer and a fantastic 7-layer dip... Yeah, we all ate like pigs, and then we still had the cupcakes to eat.
